Nominated for customer experience award
We received a nomination for the Integron customer experience award 2017 in the category “most recommended by customers (NPS)”.
In 2016 we executed a customer satisfaction survey in cooperation with Integron (a leading Dutch consulting firm for customer satisfaction surveys) to gain a better understanding of our improvement areas. Over the past year, our average score on satisfaction was rated with an 8.4 and we are one of the three companies with the highest NPS. The nominations for these awards were based on the findings of satisfaction surveys taken in 2016 among more than 300 organisations.
It is the second time in row that Hendrik Veder Group receives a nomination at the customer experience awards. Last year we were nominated for best-performing organisation in the category of Trade and Industry.
